It’s that time of year! Time to renew your TPC membership and declare your participation for the last 12 months. The forms are little different this year. This year we have filled in the forms with the information we have in the database. You need to confirm the details are correct (with a checkmark) or cross out what’s wrong and write in the correct details.

We’re hoping this makes the process a bit easier and quicker for everyone this year, and it also makes it really clear for us where we have the wrong details.

As the Membership form and the Participation form are 2 separate forms, you will need to confirm your details on both forms.
