Last weekend saw four club members competing in the ISSF State Titles at the Brisbane International Shooting Centre – including one member at her first event away from home! A good reminder that you don’t need to be “top gun” to compete. Many matches had few competitors in D Grade so placings were up for the taking! All four members achieved placings in various matches and Caitlin (in action in the image below) and John G both made it into the Air Pistol Finals. This weekend sees the Action Pistol State Titles being held at Warwick Pistol Club. 31 competitors are booked in to compete including 5 of our members.
